In Hoofddorp you will join over a 100 of our colleagues as we design new products for the hearing health and pro audio market. As an AI & Power Platform Intern, you will support Sonion in identifying, designing, and implementing digital improvements to existing workflows as part of a greater digital efficiency program.
You will work primarily within in the Quality Assurance department and relevant process owners across the organization to explore how AI capabilities, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools can be used to simplify manual work, improve data quality, and increase process efficiency.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include
You will support improvement initiatives with responsibilities such as:
- Analyzing existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation or optimization
- Supporting the design and development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI-assisted solutions using Copilot
- Test and validate workflow improvements together with end users
- Document solutions
- Support implementation by preparing short guides, visuals, or presentations
- Collaborating with stakeholders from R&D, People & Culture, QA, and others
Your profile
- Currently studying towards your Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree (e.g. ICT, Engineering, Data Science, Business IT, Digital Innovation, or a related field).
- Fluent in English, written and spoken. Sonion is an international company and with the Hoofddorp office we have colleagues from all over the world. Basic/fluent Dutch is a plus.
- Interest in Process Improvement, Automation and Digitalization, AI-supported solutions
- Good communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented
