Werkstudent Consumer Data Analyst

(Part-time: hours to be determined)

Goal
The Consumer Data Analyst Werkstudent role primarily supports developing and validating  Consumer Centric value propositions, product validation testing and in general help the implementation of Consumer Centricity in Sonion.

The role supports the Consumer Centricity team through consolidating, structuring and analyzing data collected from consumer and market research as well as product validation tests and ensures high quality baseline to draw conclusions from.

The Werkstudent Consumer Analyst is part of Product Management team reporting to the Manager Consumer Centric Innovation based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Setup the (excel) models needed to analyze test data including usability tests, qualitative and quantitative research data based on the research goals;
  • Support the DSS and Consumer Centricity departments in ensuring data is collected efficiently and ready for analysis;
  • Collect and consolidate data from Sonion’s Experience Lab or from externals test and research partners, and implement into the models;
  • Support the creation of the final reports through data visualization, data overview and descriptive statistics;
  • Setup and maintain Consumer Intelligence database.
  • Setup and maintain Consumer Intelligence internal SharePoint site
  • Support the Consumer Centric Innovation manager with other Adhoc tasks
  • Support ‘Market Intelligence and Customer Insights’ with Adhoc tasks

Your profile

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor’s or Master’s: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or similar
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
  • Driven, independent and supportive
  • Super user of Microsoft Excel and experienced in Microsoft Power Point
