Personal Assistant (Denmark)

Sonion A/S is looking for a professional Personal Assistant with experience in communication and PR to support our CEO & President.

Your main responsibility will be to provide general support to the CEO. For the right candidate you will also have the responsibility to strengthen internal and external communication, PR and collaboration in relevant fora, in close cooperation with the CEO and the digital marketing responsible in our location in the Netherlands.

As Personal Assistant you are proactive and have a business-oriented focus. You will be located together with the CEO in our office in Roskilde, Denmark. The position is estimated to 30-37 hours/week.


Sonion improves the quality of life of people using hearing products. We are committed to be the preferred partner in the development and manufacturing of transducers and electromechanical solutions designed for (professional) use in hearing instruments, in-ear earphones and hearables. Sonion has facilities in Denmark, the Netherlands, Vietnam, the Philippines, Poland, USA and China, wherefrom the (more than 6000) Sonion employees work together across all the locations.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • General support to the CEO; secure solid calendar flow; manage and maintain complex and dynamic outlook calendar for the CEO and coordinate point-to-point travel needs
  • Maintain and develop working relationships with top management based in our locations worldwide in order to maintain information flow and scheduling processes
  • Provide support with creating presentations, proofreading etc.
  • Provide admin & general support to the organization
  • Provide back-up administrative support to internal stakeholders to CEO
  • Prepare ad hoc internal & external meetings
  • Perform general office duties/assistance as needed, support ad hoc projects
  • Internal and external communication.

Your profile

  • We prefer you have a bachelor’s degree, but we are open to the right candidate with the right attitude
  • Extensive administrative experience at executive level from an international company
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with Sharepoint
  • Preferable experience in SoMe communication from an international company
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • Integrity and excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • The ability to maneuver across organizations and manage several stakeholders simultaneously and engage in interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization
  • Structured approach and the ability to multi-task and complete a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work with constantly changing priorities and at times very short timelines
