Our key activities in Poland are medical production and systems engineering.
 Sonion’s activities in Poland date back to 1984. In 1997 Sonion established its own plant in Szczecin and since then has been among the well-known production and engineering companies in the north-west of Poland. Currently, Sonion in Poland has two separate entities located in the same facility at 3 Koksowa St. in Szczecin.
Sonion Polska is responsible for special production processes design, equipment assembly and manufacturing of transducers for hearing instruments, in-ear phones and communication devices, mainly for our production site in Vietnam. There are 50 employees working in Sonion Polska with close cooperation with our colleagues from the Netherlands and Asia.
The main objective of Sonion Medical - together with our team in Denmark - is to be leading in innovative projects for the medical market offering unique minimally invasive surgery devices and drug delivery modules. The production of medical devices and components takes place in white- and cleanrooms (class 8). Quality assurance and medical engineering are conducted according to the strict requirements of the ISO 13485 standard and Lean methodology. We are over 120 dedicated and competent people in Sonion Medical with the administrative functions (Office Management, HR, Finance, Facility, IT) that share its services between the two organizations.

Our English Learning Program and internal workshops support managers, engineers and specialists to grow in their communication and personality skills.
